Job details:

1. Bus Monitor:

• Ensure The safety and well-being of students during bus transportation to and from POLY.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain a disciplined and orderly environment on the bus.

2. Child Supervision:

• Provide supervision and ensure the safety of children during their stay at POLY.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Supervise students during outings and ensure their safety and adherence to rules.

3. Teaching Assistant (TA):

• Assist in various types of classes at POLY under the guidance of the teaching staff.
• Support The teachers in implementing lesson plans and engaging students in learning activities.

4. Operational Support:

• Assist the operation officer in daily operational tasks as required.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the center by assisting with tasks such as inventory management, resource preparation, etc.
• Complete Administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, filing, etc.
• Ensure Accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks as assigned.

5. Other Assigned Tasks:

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth functioning of the center.

Requirements: 

• Able to work 43 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• University student.
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese languages.
• Demonstrated passion and interest in teaching children and young learners.
• Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, and highly organised.
