Job Description

We are looking for an experienced English Course Content Development Collaborator to assist in the creation of engaging and effective learning materials for our English language courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a background in education or instructional design, and a creative approach to content development. As part of our team, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create high-quality course content that meets the needs of our diverse learner base.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with SMEs to understand course objectives and learning outcomes.
• Research and gather relevant materials, resources, and references to support course content development.
• Develop engaging and interactive learning activities, exercises, and assessments that align with course objectives.
• Write clear and concise instructional content that effectively communicates key concepts and principles.
• Review and revise course content based on feedback from stakeholders and students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or course content creation, preferably in the field of English language teaching.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and effective instructional content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with educational technology tools and learning management systems.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of language learning methodologies, pedagogical principles, and assessment strategies.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation in education.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
