Job Description

1. Scheduling:

  • Collaborate with the Academic Manager to plan and interpret new class schedules based on sales targets and center needs.
  • Develop a general schedule and arrange teachers for classes and activities, considering factors like holidays and teacher vacations.
  • Track and record teacher schedules, leave requests, and teaching efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting and salary calculations.

2.      Teaching Assistant Management:

  • Recruit, interview, and select TAs based on center needs.
  • Train and mentor TAs, providing guidance and support in performing their tasks effectively.
  • Assist TAs in problem-solving and addressing difficulties they encounter.
  • Evaluate TAs’ performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.

3.      Indirect Customer Service:

  • Coordinate tutoring processes, tracking student performance, and organizing tutoring sessions.
  • Collaborate with different departments to plan and execute center activities effectively.
  • Monitor and encourage student usage of e-learning platforms.
  • Track student performance through feedback and report concerns to relevant departments.
  • Organize and coordinate TA work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for classes and activities.
  • Oversee weekly TA meetings and facilitate communication within the TA team.

4.     Classroom Operations:

  • Prepare for new class openings, confirm schedules, and create class information on the system.
  • Manage test-flow processes, including assigning personnel and ensuring smooth test administration.
  • Prepare and oversee English Oral Communication Contest (EOCC) materials and schedules.
  • Support the administration of the learning system and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Register SCD classes on the system and perform related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate in-class activities, including monthly theme activities and marketing initiatives.

5.       Oversee center operation officer tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields.
  •  2-3 years of experience in operation/ academic or service.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
