Trade Marketing Leader

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
– Develop the centralise marketing events, partnership plans with local schools and deploy for all Ha Noi centres aligned with lined manager and Centre managers.
– Work closely with Centre team for qualified leads conversion process and local marketing activities.
– Develop and manage Partnerships including schools & crossed-sales B2B partners to enhance POLY reach & coverage across Ha Noi centres.
– Manage & tracking Merchandise and POSM production plan, expense and storage of Ha Noi centres. Ensure all marketing materials are properly customized and localized.
– Work close with lined manager to run and execute the Visibility & OOH internal, external of POLY centres.
– Analysing and Reporting, detailed-oriented for paper and document organized properly as per POLY’s process.
– Support in analysing competitors and frequently update the competitive landscape in order to help POLY ENGLISH HN keep up a stable and good speed against competitors.
– Assist in looking out for development and growth opportunities of POLY ENGLISH HN in all aspects: increase brand exposure/awareness, increase database, etc…
– Perform other duties designated by the Trade Marketing Manager

Requirements
– At least 3 years experiences of applied marketing experience with a strong business development focus
– At least 2 year experience in team Leader position or Senior level.
– Agility and proactive in developing and implementing marketing plans with open-minded and well-organised capability.
– Can work under pressure and willing to move around the city to deliver effective business.
– Excellent communication and creative-thinking skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
– Having strong photography, videography skills and using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,… is an advantage.
